Loveland Running Spot/adidas Summer 5k Races...for Runners & Walkers
Every Wednesday at 6:30 pm (NEW STARTING TIME) at the Running Spot in Loveland from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. These 5K's are very low key and a great way to improve your racing skills and are open to both walkers & runners.
The route heads south on the Loveland Trail from the Running Spot location and there is no entry fee or registration required. Just show up, participate, and have fun. All ages and abilities welcome and everyone will receive a finish time.

Bob Roncker’s Running Spot first opened in March of 1981 at 2031 Madison Road in O’Bryonville. Diane Firsten’s currently occupies that spot.
