Event Information:
Unique 5K race combines weight lifting and running. Each time you bench press a percentage of your body weight, you get 30 seconds off your run time, for each bench press repetition. Lift weight is determined by Age and Gender handicap. Additional competitions include a standard 5K run, standard 10K run, walking, and hi-rep weight lifting events, which do not require running.
The proceeds benefit the nonprofit LORD’S GYM.
