ADDED BONUS FOR THOSE REGISTERING FOR CURE2ENDURE: We will offer a special MAXED OUT SESSION on Monday, December 7 from 6:00pm to 6:40pm at Bob Roncker's Running Spot in O'Bryonville. A second MAXED OUT session will be added from 7:00pm to 7:40pm, if needed.

Many of ourCure2Endure participants have asked what is the next level beyond Cure2Endure and MAXED OUT is it. MAXED OUT will be offered in 2010 at Bob Roncker's Running Spot and we wanted to provide you the opportunity to experience it as a FREE session. MAXED OUT is a "Boot Camp Style" class incorporating strength, interval, balance and core training. It is a high impact class requiring some jumping and running. Qualifications: must be currently exercising a minimum of 3X week. No orthopaedic limitations, cardiovascular conditions or chronic illness.
