This is a very comprehensive program that covers a variety of ways to reduce injury and improve running. The instructor(s) bring a very positive energy and a wealth of knowledge. Participation and sharing is encouraged. Everyone is treated with respect. The handouts are valuable reminders for future reference. I felt I got my money's worth after just 3 sessions. |

Great info; great exercises; great instructor(s). Given the lines at the Injury clinics, I was surprised more people did not attend for injury prevention! Cure2Endure big need/big opportunity. |

The goal of the clinic is to give attendees the tools to understand their own musculo-skeletal imbalances. These imbalances, for most athletes, cause an overwhelming amount of injuries. Once the participant has a better understanding of these imbalances, they are taught how to train their body to prevent further injuries. The functional training model will be used which includes balance, core, stretching, posture, strength training and gait.
